Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

The carrier is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take additional time.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, issues can occasionally occur during transit.
If your package is lost or damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- For damaged items, please include photos if possible
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement
If your package is delayed:
During peak seasons (holidays) or due to carrier delays, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date status. If your package hasn't moved in 7+ days, contact us and we'll investigate.
