After your refund is approved:

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
We currently offer only one product – the BEARKNEE™ Relief Balm – so exchanges are not applicable at this time.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will send you a free replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your BEARKNEE™ arrives damaged or appears defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We'll send a free replacement right away – no need to return the damaged item
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery date
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Orders where a refund has already been issued
- Shipping costs for express or international orders (product cost will still be refunded)
