Exchanges

We currently offer only one product – the BEARKNEE™ Relief Balm – so exchanges are not applicable at this time.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will send you a free replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your BEARKNEE™ arrives damaged or appears defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We'll send a free replacement right away – no need to return the damaged item

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery date
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Orders where a refund has already been issued
  • Shipping costs for express or international orders (product cost will still be refunded)
